How to Be an Egyptian Queen to Others

Egyptian queens were said to be clever and beautiful, but most of all incredibly powerful. People belived they were godesses. Here are a few tips to make sure that your friends and family recognise that, deep down, you are an Egyptian Queen too. Steps Look the part. Float around in a white tunic, strappy sandals and dozens of bracelets. Most female pharaohs also wore a false beard - that's one tradition you might want to avoid. Egypt was a hot country, so nudity was completely normal and even royalty wore as little as possible. Your clothing should be made of linen or cotton and very light. If you can get away with it, don't wear a top. Wear lots of make-up. Especially lots of heavy black eyeliner (learn to apply kohl) and a little bit of green eyeshadow. How to Bathe Like Cleopatra

Cleopatra, the ancient queen of Egypt, was said to bathe in milk. Although this might sound silly at first, she bathed in milk because it softens your skin. Steps Fill the bathtub up with water. Add about 6 cups of milk to the water. Swish and swirl it around so that the water becomes white. Get in the bath. You should stay in for about ten minutes. Rinse with clean, clear water. Tips You don't have to use 6 cups, but make sure you use no less then 4 cups and no more than 8 cups. Bathing in milk may seem gross, but it really isn't! It softens your skin, it's calming, and you rinse it off when your done anyway. If you want, you can add a little bit of honey (1/4 teaspoon at the least and 1/2 cup at the most). You don't have to add honey because it's sticky and can be kind of gross. You can also add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to the bath if you want. How to Play Senet

Senet or ( senat ) may be the oldest board game in the world, although it is impossible to prove which game is the oldest. The oldest remnants of any ancient board game ever unearthed are those of senet, found in Predynastic and First Dynasty burials of Egypt, circa 3500 BC and 3100 BC respectively. [1] Senet is a game for two players. The ancient Egyptians played it by using sticks instead of dice. Every marked side that shows, it's a high number you move. Pieces are moved around the board starting on the top row. You move around the board in an "S" pattern. If you throw a one, four, or five, you get an extra turn. Throw the sticks again. You can't land on one of your own pieces. If you land on the other player's piece, you switch places with them. However, you can't switch

Karel Drbal’s pyramid is based on the Khufu, or Cheops, pyramid at Giza in Egypt. Steps Cut four equilateral triangles from heavy paper or cardboard. The dimensions can be changed depending on what size you need, as long as all sides are equal length. Construct a pyramid by taping the sides together. (Optional) Make a false floor that fits inside the pyramid without lifting it up anywhere. Align the pyramid so that the baselines point at magnetic north and south. Use a traditional compass to find these directions. Tips Test the Power of the Pyramid: Put as many used razor blades as you wish on the false floor of the pyramid so that they point east to west. Leave the razor blades overnight and see if they have gotten any sharper by being in the pyramid. Some people claim the shape has the power to dehydrate organic material. Flow
